Shanghai Hanyao Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Baoshan Economic Development Zone in Shanghai, China. On the East of our company there is the Chinese largest Iron and steel production base called Bao Steel. Our company has more than 100 employees, including 20 engineers, and our plant covers an area of 364000 square meters. We are a professional manufacturing enterprise in special refrigeration equipments, gathering R &D, Manufacture, Sales and Maintenance.
Established in 2001, our company is the appointed supplier of High-temperature refrigeration equipments for BaoSteel which is the biggest iron and steel enterprise in China. Our main product is“High Temperature Air Conditioner of Crane”invented by ourselves, which takes the place of the same products of Daikin & ABB.
We have a professional R&D team, who knows the every process of iron & steel making very well because they served the iron and steel enterprise for many years, resulting in making the special air conditioner equipments which are suitable for the different particular surroundings, for example the unique cooling equipment for high temperature from 50 to 80℃, meanwhile full of metal dust, high humid environment, also with high frequency shake, poisonous material environment etc.
We have the special laboratory, made by Hefei General Machinery Product Inspection (GMPI), which was accredited by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. The lab, equipped with computers, can simulate service test of the temperature 80℃ on site, 90% humidity high humidity environment, Vertical and horizontal high frequency vibration environment, resulting in a strong guarantee for the product quality.
Depending on more than fifteen years experience we have also developed vertical water cooling air-conditioner, vertical wind cooling air-conditioner such as oil cooler for industrial use, water chiller & air-cooled chiller for industrial use, cooling system for HSL 21 & constant temperature as well as humidity equipment for equipment room, totally about 200 different products. They are widely utilized by major metallurgical enterprise in China and obtain highly praise from the users.

The company developed and established the "Performance Testing Center for Special High-temperature Refrigeration Equipment" through cooperation with the Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenics, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. It adopts the "Tunnel Air Enthalpy Method" to determine the cooling capacity, and simulates the 80℃ high temperature and high dust working environment with frequent vibration via the computer system to ensure proper operation of the refrigeration equipment and maximize its service life.
It adopts the world's advanced smooth and efficient flexible scroll compression technology.
With the heat exchange equipment of special structure, it can still maximize the heat exchange performance in the harsh environment, such as iron filings, dust, corrosive gas and flue gas for ease of the maintenance personnel to remove the surface dust.
With the advanced design concept, special refrigeration control, perfect protection system, accurate computer analysis, CNC operation, international famous brand and superior assemble process, the refrigeration equipment features the excellent structure system and superior anti-vibration performance to maximize the refrigeration efficiency of the compressor. The high-standard surface anti-corrosion and seal design ensure long-term, stable, reliable and safe operation of the unit in the high temperature and special harsh environment as well as heavy load operation.
The diversification and humanization of the control system can effectively handle the field equipment interface and control (the system control mode depends on the customer requirements).
